INSECT FLOUR
HERMETIA ILLUCENS (Black Soldier Fly)
FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
The product is the result of a controlled rearing of HERMETIA ILLUCENS (Black Soldier Fly) larvae on a mixture of beer bagasse and cereals. For processing, the larvae have been dehydrated and partially defatted to avoid compaction of the product. It has a pale yellow color.
Insect flour has a high protein content of 50% to 70% (as a dry product)
Products derived from insects have an amino acid profile that makes them highly digestible for animals.

FEATURES
