I. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with current legislation, Naturalfeed (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security required for the risk of the data collected.

Laws incorporated in this privacy policy

This privacy policy is adapted to current Spanish and European regulations on the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following regulations:
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  • Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD).
  • Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the regulations for the development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (RDLOPD).

Personal Data Record

In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, users are informed that the personal data collected by Naturalfeed through the forms provided on its pages will be incorporated and processed in a file under our responsibility, in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfill the commitments established between Naturalfeed and the User or to maintain the relationship established in the forms they complete or to respond to a request or query. Furthermore, unless the exception provided for in Article 30.5 of the GDPR applies, a record of processing activities is maintained specifying, according to its purposes, the processing activities carried out and other circumstances established by the GDPR.

Principles applicable to the processing of personal data

The processing of the User’s personal data will be subject to the following principles as set out in Article 5 of the GDPR and Articles 4 and following of Organic Law 3/2018:
  • Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency: User consent will always be required with full transparency regarding the purposes for which personal data is collected.
  • Purpose limitation: personal data will be collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
  • Data minimization: only the strictly necessary personal data in relation to the purposes for which they are processed will be collected.
  • Accuracy: personal data must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Storage limitation: data will only be stored in a way that allows identification of the User for the time necessary for the purposes of the processing.
  • Integrity and confidentiality: data will be processed in a manner that ensures its security and confidentiality.
  • Accountability: the Controller is responsible for compliance with all the above principles.

Categories of personal data

The categories of data processed by Naturalfeed are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data processed within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR.

Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Naturalfeed undertakes to obtain express and verifiable consent from the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. It shall be as easy to withdraw consent as it is to give it. As a general rule, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the use of the Website. Where the User is required or able to provide their data through forms to make enquiries, request information, or for content-related reasons, they will be informed if the completion of any of them is mandatory due to the need for such data to properly carry out the operation.

Purposes of the processing

The personal data collected will be managed by Naturalfeed in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments between the Website and the User, or maintain the relationship established in the forms the User completes, or to respond to a request or inquiry. Data may also be used for commercial, personalization, operational, and statistical purposes, and activities related to Naturalfeed’s corporate purpose, as well as for data extraction, storage, and marketing studies to tailor the content offered to the User and improve the Website’s quality, functionality, and browsing. At the time personal data is obtained, the User will be informed of the specific purposes for which the data will be processed.

Data retention periods

Personal data will be kept only for the minimum time necessary for processing purposes and, in any case, only for the following period: 12 months, or until the User requests deletion. At the time personal data is obtained, the User will be informed about the retention period or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine it.

Recipients of personal data

The User’s personal data will be shared with the following recipients or categories of recipients: – Web hosting: IONOS Cloud S.L.U. This hosting service integrates SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocols, a standard security technology that enables an encrypted (or “secure”) connection between the server (website) and the browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Firefox). This encrypted connection ensures that all information transferred from the browser to the server remains private and protected from attacks or eavesdropping attempts. More information at https://wordpress.org/ If the Data Controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization, the User will be informed at the time the data is obtained about the destination country or organization and whether or not an adequacy decision exists from the Commission.

Personal data of minors

In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only those over 14 years of age may lawfully give consent for their personal data to be processed by Naturalfeed. If the data subject is under 14, the consent of their parents or legal guardians will be required.

Confidentiality and security of personal data

Naturalfeed commits to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of security required for the risk, in order to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access or disclosure. The Website is secured with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially via encrypted communication between the server and the User. However, as Naturalfeed cannot guarantee the invulnerability of the Internet or the total absence of hackers or others gaining fraudulent access to personal data, the Data Controller commits to promptly inform Users if a personal data breach occurs that may result in a high risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms. A “personal data breach” is defined in Article 4 of the GDPR as a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to personal data. Personal data will be treated as confidential by the Data Controller, who undertakes to ensure (through legal or contractual obligation) that this confidentiality is respected by employees, partners, and anyone with access to the information.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data

Users have the following rights under the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018:
  • Right of access: The right to obtain confirmation of whether Naturalfeed is processing their personal data and, if so, access the data and obtain information about its processing.
  • Right to rectification: The right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): The right to request the deletion of their personal data when it is no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn, the data has been unlawfully processed, or other reasons listed in the GDPR apply.

  • Right to object: The right to object to processing of their personal data by Naturalfeed.
  • Right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling: The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, unless otherwise permitted by law.

  • Full name and copy of ID. If acting through a representative, the same details must be provided, along with proof of representation.
  • Specific reasons for the request or the information sought.
  • Address for notifications.
  • Date and signature of the applicant.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

II. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The User must have read and agreed with the personal data protection terms in this Privacy Policy and must consent to the processing of their data by the Data Controller for the purposes stated. Using the Website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Naturalfeed reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with its own criteria, or due to legal, jurisprudential, or regulatory changes by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Updates will not be explicitly notified to the User, so regular review is recommended. This Privacy Policy was last updated on 04/04/2025 to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
